What time do you drop?
-We are located in Germany and live in different time zone.
-We sell worldwide and try to adapt our drop time for everyone
-If a drop is set with a timer, you will see the time on the product page
-If a drop is set without a timer, the time is confidential.
How can I find my order number?
-If you have successfully checked out, you should find it in the Thank you page or on your order confirmation.
-If you haven't received any order confirmation please check your Junk folder.
-Optionally you can find it in your payment transaction.
How can I change my address?
1) If your order has been already processed, do following steps:
-You should have received a notification from DHL Express and you can easily change the address by replying or calling them.
-Change your address in your account to avoid further mistakes.
2) If your orders hasn´t been processed yet, do this:
-Contact info@famcapstore.com and provide your order number

How do I track my order?
We process your order between 24 - 48 hours. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code. Click on that and see where it is.
Additionally you will receive a notification from the shipping carrier with different delivery options.
Orders placed on Friday - Sunday wil be shipped out on Monday.
Why did I get a refund?
Refund reasons:
1) We combined your orders and refunded shipping fee
2) Your order was cancelled
Why was my order cancelled?
-If a product was oversold, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
-If your order was detected by our fraud system, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
-If your order went through but the payment was declined by your bank, it will be automatically cancelled.
How long does it take to get my money back?
It depends on your bank and the day of the week. Regularly it takes between 3 - 5 days, sometimes up to 10 days. If you want to know the reason why it takes longer, please reach out to your bank.
How much is shipping to my country?

How can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order within 1 hour after your purchase, please email info@famcapstore.com and provide your order number.
If it can not be canceled, you can ship it back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, customs duties and taxes will be deducted from your return.
Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes?
We ship your order from Germany, Europe. If you live outside Europe you might need to pay customs fees and taxes in your country. Every country has its own regulations and thresholds. You can either reach out to your local customs authorities or searching on the web.
We are not allowed to consult customers about customs and taxes.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments can fail for a varity of reasons. Let us give you some examples:
1) You couldn´t process because of your weak internet connection.
2) Your bank declined the payment.
3) Your card issuer doesn´t allow purchases from certain countries.
4) Your payment is beeing blocked by our fraud system
5) You have insufficient funds in your bank account
6) Your card expired
7) You tried to pay with debit card
8) You´ve put incorrect card number or CVC code
9) You have added a new payment method to Paypal but didn´t authorise that.
There are a lot more reasons that could cause a decline of your payment. Don´t worry and reach out to your bank to learn more about it
